My apologies, it seems like the team did not use the correct method to print the UG and DG as the time stamp is not supposed to be shown.

Thank you for pointing this out.

After a discussion within the team, we have decided to reject this bug.

Reason: This does not hinder the user. This is intended. It shows readers when the user guide was last updated. Users can always compare the time stamps to identify the latest version when comparing two user guides. Removing the time stamps do not add value, however, allowing them do!
