Conflicting Target User in UG versus DG #4983

User Guide says that trAcker is meant for all CS Head TAs. image.png

However, Developer Guide Product Scope claims that it's target user is only Head TA of CS2103T image.png

Why this is more important than just a typo

This seemingly harmless mistake might cause the needs and wants of Users and Developers to deviate, which would hinder the development of the product. Developers might focus on CS2103T while users including Head TAs of all mods might be left out.
