Unclear error message for wrong time input

When I enter update 1 -s 2022-04-22 00:00 -e 2022-04-22 24:00, the error message doesn't clearly points out my time 24:00 is wrong. My format is correct and the date does exist.

Rejected - specified in the error message that datetime should confrom to the above format. It is known that 24:00 is not a valid time
