The NFR about providing specific error messages for users may not be an NFR as it leans more on the side of how the app is going to function when it is being used.

Team's Response

We feel that the tester misinterpreted this NFR. We meant to emphasise more on that user experience should not be hindered by unclear error messages. For example, NFR 1 is more about accessibility rather than the application's functionality even if it is about the app running on multiple OSes. Same for NFR 2.
