Allowing repeated phone numbers

The app allows users to have the same phone number even though the phone number should be unique to each person.

Team's Response

Duplicate phone number detection is not trivial and as simple as just checking for the same number, country code also has to be taken to consideration with possible implementation like OTP hence not in scope.
