Only Java 11 is allowed

In the course website, one of the constraints is that only Java 11 is allowed for running the application.

However, in the NFRs in DG, it says "Java 11 and above", which is not correct

Similarly, the UG has this problem

Team's Response

We reject this bug. The reasons are as follows:

• Having Java 11 or above installed is a superset of the requirement of having Java 11 installed. Hence our documentation is still correct.
