DG Appendix B inaccurate description of behavior (Saving data) #5548

Issue: Once the data file is renamed, instead of an empty list like stated in the DG the application launch with dummy list.

Team's Response

Typo in the DG that doesn't affect usage of the application. We should separate this part of the DG into two parts to reflect the actual behavior of the app: deleting the data file or renaming it will start InsureBook with the dummy pre-loaded data, while editing the contents of this data file (to something invalid) will instead start InsureBook as empty.
