Update booking: misleading error message

When I enter update 1 -s 2022-04-22 20:00 -e. the start time field is correct, but the details in the end time field is missing, however, the error message says that my start time format is wrong.

Accepted - cosmetic issue in error message when it should be specified clearer that end time should be added
