DG: incorrect step numbering in use cases #5572

The extension should not be 2a. Because 2a means this step happens after the step 2 ends. However, if the step 2 already ends, the app should have displayed the list, which means the retrieving of data must be successful. Screenshot 2024-04-19 at 5.27.50 PM.png
