Inconsistency in applicant status with existing interviews

I noticed that an applicant's status can become accepted and the existing interview with that applicant is still present. I don't think this accurately models what would happened in a hiring process. In the given screenshot, the applicant name "Alex Yeoh" is set as accepted while there is still an interview with him.
