[UG] Email format specification #5586

Note from the teaching team: This bug was reported during the Part II (Evaluating Documents) stage of the PE. You may reject this bug if it is not related to the quality of documentation.

The UG does not specify that within the username/local-part of the email, two special characters (+_.-) cannot be next to each other as shown in the error message below. The email "john._d@example.com" should be valid according to the UG but instead throws an error.
