Allows for pure numeric characters in contact name #685

The application allows for pure numeric characters in the contact's name and this is not clearly specified in the UG whether this is allowed.

To replicate, the command add n/123 p/98765432 e/johnd@example.com r/STUDENT a/311, Clementi Ave 2, #02-25 c/CS2103T t/friends t/owesMoney results in

Team's Response

We don't have any restriction for names unless there is the same name already exists in the address book to avoid overzealous input validation and in UG, we only mention the restriction for each field only when those fields have rules. Thus, users can assume that the name accepts everything. So, allowing for pure numeric characters in contact name is intended.
