"Open Note" is primarily GUI and does not follow "Constraint-Typing-Preferred" #842

The "Open note" functionality where users are supposed to click on the button to view the note is a feature that cannot be done with just the CLI. There is no command in the UG/DG that allows me to view the notes of a particular student. This is not in line with the UG: "TutorsGo is ... optimized for use via a Command Line Interface (CLI) while still having the benefits of a Graphical User Interface (GUI)."
