I got this immediate reply in this forum. I suspect it is a spam. User is not in the iP Code Dashboard. Mediafire-link download with password protection sounds very much like bypassing virus scanning.

@damithc might want to mark it as spam? Thank you!

The spammer spammed this very thread with the same spam post, using a new identity. Blocked that one too :-p
