I reported bugs as functionality bug since it does not match what is stated in the User Guide.
However, the developer's response for most of them is that the User Guide is wrong and the behaviour of the app is the intended one, hence it is a bug with the User Guide instead, constituting a documentation bug.
Since I am a tester and I cannot know what is intended if their app functionality differs from the documentation, do I have to accept that the bugs are indeed documentation bugs?
