Inconsistent command format for restore command #1034

Steps To Reproduce

1. Enter command: restore

Expected

recommended command format in error message to be consistent with other commands, i.e. 'Parameter: INDEX'

Actual

recommended command format is 'restore \<index>'. this is inconsistent with other recommended command formats, for reference, the delete command has recommended command format 'Parameter: Index...' Screenshot 2024-11-15 at 5.20.58 PM.png

also not consistent with UG, which has 'restore INDEX'

We agree, but it is a cosmetic change, therefore it should be very low severity
