UG does not indicate restrictions in adding duplicate person names but application does.

Trying to add someone sharing the same name as an existing person results in an error, even though the UG does not mention such restrictions.

Duplicates allowed and command succeeds.

Error given due to duplicate contact.

If you look at the screenshot you sent for parameter constraints it does actually mention that duplicate names are not allowed, just that they are case sensitive.
