Find by tag random order not recognized #1129

When finding persons with tag CS2103T,

Searching for C or S or CS or 2 or 1 or 103 etc where the keywords are specified in order does not raise any issues.

However, if I were to search for a combination of the tag such as 123, the search result will be empty. This can be confusing to users.

A similar issue can be seen when searching by name.

Team's Response

If tags with 123 all appear, that would overly clutter the results if all mods with those digits appear and further confuse the user. For example, if users intend to look for CS1231S and enter 123 it doesn't make sense for tags like CS2103T to appear. Users would more likely be less confused with a non-random search order.
