The UI is a bit daunting for first time users. A potential improvement could be to add a title to each displayed field for the contact (e.g. the grade, the time, etc.)

Thank you for your feedback regarding the GOATS UI.

The current design without additional titles for displayed fields is by choice, as we do not want to introduce additional clutter into the UI. First time users can familiarise themselves with the interface using our User Guide, which can be found by running the help command, or by clicking on the “Help” icon at the top of the screen.
