Names which contain special characters like / and , are not accepted in EduContacts
For example, Chinese names with , such as Tan Min Xuan, Mike are not accepted in EduContacts, it is also not an existing feature flaw in planned enhancements or known issues
Steps to reproduce
Using this command:
add 12345678 n/ Tan Min Xuan, Mike p/60493829 e/tanmx@gmail.com c/mycourse r/student TA a/1234 Yishun Road, #13-24, Yishun View, Singapore 630234
The actual output will be as seen in the following image, where only alphanumeric characters are allows:

Maybe we could have tweaked it to get the expected output where Chinese names with , and Indian names with s/o are accepted by EduContacts.
Severity Label Explanation
The chosen severity label is severity.Medium as it is not uncommon for a Chinese name or Indian name to have special characters such as , and / and it is actually part of their Legal Registered name and not just there for show.
