Potentially unclear instructions in User Guide #1427

Description:

For private tutors, some may not be as knowledgeable on technical stuff like cd into a folder. Hence, the instructions at the start of the user guide could be confusing for them and would require them to seek extra assistance to install the application. Perhaps guiding them through this step could have been better to avoid any confusion and ensure they are able to successfully install and run the application.
