Contacts can have same phone, email and telegram handle. #1529

Apart from having the same name, I am able to give another contact the same telegram handle, phone number and email address which seems counter-intuitive and should not be allowed.

In the screenshot you can see Yash Raj has the same information as Roy Balakrishnan.
