Opening help window in fullscreen mode multiple times causes the app to hang #1746

Action: On MacOS, the app is in fullscreen mode. The help command is entered and the pop up help window is closed multiple times.

Expected: No issues

Actual: Application hangs for a long time, have to manually stop the app from running and re-run the app. Subsequent times of repeating the same steps causes the app to hang after fewer iterations.

Explanation: Likely to affect a significant portion of new users in the case of opening and closing the help window several times when referencing commands. This can cause disruption to them using the application. However, no data is lost, therefore posing low-severity threat.

Team's Response

Thank you for the bug. People are only expected to open the help window once per start up. If the issue occurs upon opening the help window for the first time, we would accept this bug, however, during our own testing that was not the case. If a user was to open the help message multiple times could be seen as deliberate sabotage.
