Team's Response

The requirement is mentioned in the 2nd sentence: "Users should be able to accomplish tasks more efficiently using commands than using the mouse".

This requirement is met since our commands are short, along with other features such as command auto-fill.

We would like to reject as we believe it is a sensible NFR following the guidelines:
