Lacking Field Constraints for all Parameters #1878

Documentation, either in UG or DG should include the constraints for all the fields a patient can have (e.g. name can only be alphanumeric, phone number cannot have space etc etc). This is so that the users don't get constantly surprised by a error message about invalid format, which hinders User Experience, especially if the error message are not so specific, or even confusing as seen in the example below (problem: white space in phone number).
