Restriction on filter command

User guide says that for allergies, only the "OR" search is available. The group should include the "AND" search as well. This is not stated in the planned enhancements section in the DG. This could hinder how users want to search for patients.

Team's Response

We have lowered the severity for the following reasons:

• Allergies is chosen to be an OR search by design. When administering medicine, it is important to know that the patients are not allergic to ANY of the ingredients. Hence, an AND feature would be redundant and dangerous for a doctor. Furthermore, this is an improvement, and not a bug. Therefore, it should be considered Not In Scope
