For addentry, it is expected that there will be a line break only if \n is keyed.
However, a line break also occurs when enter is hit.
this can cause undesired user view based on how the user keys in their data. especially for the first time, and that user cannot delete the log made.

Yes it seems like a documentation bug instead. UG could be more precise about using actual new line via "Enter".
