Especially for formal usage, name should not include numbers as they follow NRIC format.

We see why this can be a problem. However, for formal usage, users will not willingly enter names with numbers if there is no reason to, albeit there exists cases where numbers are included like royalties. Even if they do accidentally input, they can easily change it with the Edit command.

Also overzealous input validation may also lead to user frustration if they do actually need to attach numbers behind certain names.
