It's just a page break between sections - can argue that this should be rejected??

Would depend on how much it "hinders" the reader - the others please chime in on this :D

CBH - Personally when I saw pages with only 1 sentence and 95% of the page blank space, I gave Very Low documentation bug also. I think it does hinder reading, so I suggest we just accept the bug?
