Unclear error message: #2316

Expected: Indicate whether human name / assignment name must contains alphanumeric.

Actual: As "-" is a common notation in assignment name, this may mislead users.

I agree, however I do not this impedes functionality at all. Instead, I think it is a feature flaw.
