Import command issue

Context/Problem: The above is what I tested the import command with, but it says imported all contacts successfully. Even though the contact type is "hi" and the user guide says it will fail to import, the application says it successfully imported the contacts (despite not importing).

We appreciate the bug report! however it should be noted that this falls under our planned enhancements to make feedback for import command more robust.
