Unusual prerequisite for manual testing #2521

Describe the Issue

As seen in the screenshot below, the purpose is to test adding a student that does not exist, so the prerequisite of having a student named "Alex" does not really make sense. I think it would be better to change the prerequisite to ensure the students "Bernice" and "Alex Yeoh" does not exist
