Help Window causes my app to crash in full screen #2634

When I open my help window, while my app is in full screen, it causes my app to crash. I cant insert video, cause the video size is too large.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Make App Full Screen
  2. Type in help and enter

Expected Behaviour:

  1. When I close the screen there should be no issues

Observed Behaviour: It causes my app to crash

Thank you for finding this bug. We have noticed that this is an issue with only macOS system, and hence went to conduct further research. Upon research we have discovered that this is a bug to do with Java and JavaFX (linked here: https://bugs.java.com/bugdatabase/view_bug?bug_id=8335630 and https://bugs.openjdk.org/browse/JDK-8299738). As such we believe it is out of the scope of our ability to solve a fundamental issue with the framework/language that we have been assigned for the course.
