Thank you for your feedback. As outlined in the introduction of our User Guide, our application is designed specifically for SoC students to connect with peers and mentors (fellow SoC students) who have more experience in relevant fields. Thus, allowing a user to add a helpful admin staff is not the primary intent of our app and is not expected to happen frequently.

That said, if you wish to include an admin staff member in your contacts, you may temporarily add them as a "mUdder" and assign them the tag "AdminStaff" as a temporary workaround. We will take your suggestion into consideration as we explore the possibility of introducing an additional role type to better accommodate such needs in the future.
