Inaccurate results in manual testing of `Saving windows preferences`

Steps to reproduce:

1. Launch the app.
2. Resize the app into a smaller window.
3. Close the app.
4. Relaunch the app.

Expected: Window should be the same size as what I minimized it to before closing the app. Actual: App always start in full-screen mode.

I think the app is designed to always start in full screen mode. Perhaps you should update this section of the Developer Guide on page 46 to say that your app is always designed to start in full screen mode, and that this preference is meant for non-fullscreen mode.
