The notes previously present are deleted. This may cause doctors to lose track of important information.Editing phone number is very common in this use case and doctors wouldn't expect to lose all their notes which could containt key medicinal requirements

This bug is caused by the same defect as editing a person deleting appointments, which is the bug that editing a person does not preserve some of its related attributes.
