Adding new person does not allow duplicate phone number and email.

When adding a new person with unique name and student ID (expected uniqueness), I am unable to add them if they have a duplicate email or phone number. While this may not be very common as most students have their own phone number and email, it may still occur if two siblings were to share a common phone number or email address. The error could also better explain which field is causing the error.
