Command words in general are case sensitive, i.e. if it is not fully lowercase, the command will not work.

I believe command words should be case-insensitive to allow for a more seamless experience, in the event a fast typist may accidentally capitalise one (or more) of the characters
This only provides convenience for the user and is not an important priority for v1.6 (the product still works as intended). Thus, the team has classified this as 'NotInScope'.
