Tag is still present in the UML diagram #3513

There is a lone tag at the top left hand corner of the diagram of the developer guide at page 9. This is not updated and may be misleading to the readers, especially future developers who are wondering what is that component.

Thank you very much for pointing out the bug and we really appreciate your valuable feedback. However, we think the severity of the bug should be VeryLow as for the entire DG tag hasn't been mentioned and it is unlikely to cause any confusion or inconvenience to any developer. It is more of a cosmetic issue of the UML diagram.
