Inaccuracy in DIAGNOSIS constraints #3571

Description:

In the UG, the constraints for DIAGNOSIS is "Must contain at least 1 alphabetic character and has a character limit of 80".

But within the product itself, empty diagnosis are allowed.

Steps to Reproduce:

For example, edit 1 d/ is allowed, despite the DIAGNOSIS not containing at least 1 alphabetic character.

Thank you for your input. We missed out on that aspect as it is inherently optional.
