UG: Unexplained terms in the glossary

As the target audience are "employees of a company's talent recruitment departments who need to manage contacts of job applicants", they might not necessarily be managing contacts of tech job applicants.

Hence, terms unique to the tech/IT/High finance field such as Technical Interview and Behavioural Interview should be explained in the glossary section of the UG as in most other fields, these types of interviews do not exist and job applicants in other fields typically simply have an interview.

Team's Response

Thank you for your feedback, however, considering that our target audience is part of the talent recruitment department, we believe that "Technical Interview" and "Behavioural Interview" are terms that should be part of the basic knowledge required for that role. Hence, we could not accept this issue.
