Thank you for your feedback, however, considering that our target audience is part of the talent recruitment department, we believe that "Technical Interview" and "Behavioural Interview" are terms that should be part of the basic knowledge required for that role. Hence, we could not accept this issue.

As the target audience are "employees of a company's talent recruitment departments who need to manage contacts of job applicants", they might not necessarily be managing contacts of tech job applicants.
Hence, terms unique to the tech/IT/High finance field such as
Technical Interview
andBehavioural Interview
