Description

Some use cases elaborate on the user specifying inputs while some just state it as requesting to perform the command.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Navigate to use cases in DG
  2. Navigate to Use Case: UC01 - Add a new internship application
  3. Navigate to Use Case: UC05 - Update the status of an internship application

Suggested Improvements

Make the use cases consistent with respect to whether the fields/parameters should be specified. Stating the fields needed to be inputted makes its more comprehensive.
