Numbers should be permitted in names #3700

Currently, names are not allowed to have any numbers at all. This may diminish some functionality for the target user of insurance sales representatives if they have to use numbers to anonymize and represent their client contacts.

An improvement that I suggest is that names could be allowed to contain numbers, but must have at least one non-number character. This ensures that you are still able to distinguish deleting people by names versus by index.

Team's Response

This is our intended behavior. But we do understand your use case of anonymizing names. We believe this could be a feature later on, where the app itself handles anonymizing names for you, instead of allowing user to enter numbers for names. But right now, this is our intended behavior.
