Missing Glossary but not all complicated terms have explanations #3776

There is no glossary, which can be extremely helpful for users when trying to figure out terms like JSON and RSVP. image.png

Moreover, even with an expansion on abbreviations used such as

image.png It is insufficient as users may then need to google these terms. A glossary will be very useful.

Team's Response

While we agree that it is a good to have, it does not affect the user's ability to use the app. Furthermore, terms such as RSVP are expected to be known by our target audience (wedding planners). Only advanced users will need to know how the JSON file works that they can refer to in the Developer Guide instead of the User Guide. The DG contains the link to the JSON library. Hence, our team believes that it is not in the scope of the UG.
