This is definitely something we can look into adding in a future version. For now, though, I think it makes sense for this to be classified as low severity. It doesn’t stop users from doing the main job of scheduling and managing appointments. Sure, being able to handle multiple appointments for the same client would make things more convenient, but it’s not something that breaks the app or makes it unusable. Plus, having multiple appointments for one client probably isn’t something that happens super often, so it doesn’t really have a big impact on how most people would use the app. The app still works as intended and doesn’t break any major rules or constraints, so I think calling this low severity is fair.

It is reasonable to expect that an agent can have multiple appointments with a client. (e.g. Showing a buyer to multiple apartments can take multiple days). This makes the application near unusable for these cases (most convenient workaround may be to use remarks).
