Appendix for manual instruction does not include all commands

As specified in the tp deliverables, the appendix for manual instructions must cover all user-testable features, except for the ones which are not touched, and implemented in AB3. however, commands like editing a claim etc are not covered either

Team's Response

According to the CS2103T website as shown below, it is marked as a deliverable. Notably, it did state to cover all user testable features under manual testing. However, if anything it should not be considered a bug but rather a deliverable issue. Furthermore, it is quoted in the screenshot that only inaccurate instructions will be considered a bug. As our DG does not provide inaccurate instructions, it is therefore not a bug.
