In UG not mentioned what NGO stands for #3997

In the UG, what your target user NGO stands for (Non-Governmental Organisation) is not mentioned. It would be clearer to specify that so that people who read the UG know whether they are the target user.

Thank you for pointing that out.

While we acknowledge that explicitly stating what "NGO" stands for (Non-Governmental Organization) could enhance clarity for some users, this issue does not affect the functionality, usability, or main objectives of the User Guide (UG).

Our target users (NGO administrators) are familiar with the term "NGO" and are unlikely to face any confusion. The omission does not hinder their ability to follow the guide or use the application effectively.

Since the issue does not affect operations, causes no inconvenience to our target users, and pertains only to the phrasing of documentation, we believe it aligns with the definition of a veryLow severity flaw. It is a minor improvement to documentation clarity, rather than a functional or operational issue that impacts the user experience.
