Issue with syncing with multiple windows of the app running

When having 2 windows of the app running, editing users/appointments on 1 window does not cause it to update on the other window, this could be a issue for users that want to multitask and use more than 1 instance of the app

Thanks for trying out the product this way! Unfortunately, rectifying this issue is certainly an extensive task and we believe it is of lower priority than the work we have done thus far. Running 1 instance would be the typical behaviour and our product is able to update data correctly in that case. Therefore, we have labeled it as not in scope and will consider accommodating such behaviours in future iterations.
