addtoconsult command does not accept Keyword search names like find #705

The addtonconsult command requires the full name for it to add a person to a consult, and the error message states that the student Alex is not found, despite there being an Alex in the contact book.

This could be confusing for the user, as the UG does not state that the name must be the full name.

Some fixes for this might be to implement a fuzzy search, or to specify the necessity for full names in the UG.

EDIT: In other commands, it is specified that the name should be the students' full names.

Probably a Documentation Issue, as it might be better for our team to specify that commands such as addtoconsult uses the Full Name of the Student.
