Important information about edit command not highlighted #797

The information that editing tags is not cumulative is not highlighted in a way that is easily visible. This could cause issues where the user will skim past the line as not important and end up trying to add a new tag but all previous tags are removed.

Team's Response

The UG provided is clear and concise enough for the user to understand how to use our application. The information in the UG is already minimal and essential. If the user chooses to skip past information that is clearly stated in the UG, the team will not be liable.

Hence, we reject this bug report as it is merely a suggestion that the tester thinks we should implement.
